These terms apply to the Quip & Grain online store and purchases from Quip & Grain (“we,” “us” or “our”). “You” means the customer using the store or placing an order. Please read these terms and our linked policies before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Ordering from us

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase. If you order for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

If we cannot fulfill an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or an order detail needs correction, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your approval. If an order is cancelled, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items and any related charges that must be refunded under applicable law.

Products and images

Our artwork products are physical items made to order. Check the product description, dimensions, material and selected framing option before purchasing. A frame is included only when stated for the option you select.

Styled room images and digital mockups illustrate how artwork might look in a space. Furniture and accessories are not included, and room images may not show the exact scale. Screen settings and printing materials can affect how colours appear. These differences do not remove your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, selected products, shipping charges, taxes collected by us and final total at checkout before paying. Product prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Any conditions for a promotion will be stated with the offer.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and agree on the next step, subject to applicable law. An error does not authorize us to charge an additional amount without your approval. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information.

Production, delivery and order changes

Production partners make and ship our products. Orders may ship from a partner location rather than our business address. Available destinations, shipping options and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and the information provided before checkout.

Production and transit times can vary. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. If a delay affects your order, we will provide the notice, choices and refunds required by applicable law.

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address, change an item or cancel an order. We will check whether production or shipment can still be stopped. We cannot promise a voluntary change or cancellation after work has begun. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Returns and problems with an order

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for correctly supplied products. This policy does not affect rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. If possible, include photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and explain the applicable replacement or refund options. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Artwork, store use and privacy

Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or give permission to reproduce the artwork, except as permitted by law or separately agreed in writing. Please use the store lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement applies. The remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
